Chaos in the snow

I had just started analysing the suspect's jumper when I was told to pack up, and evacuate the building asap. Turns out they decided to close the university at 3pm, to make sure everyone gets home before nightfall. I looked from my teacher and out the window, where I could see a couple of snowflakes falling. Why? i asked...

You see, WINTERTYRES is an unknown fenonema. So is CHAINS... Put a thin (5cm) layer of snow everywhere, and cars, buses, trains and flights stops. It's chaos. Pathetic:p
Don't look at the snowflakes, they look bigger on the picture. Instead, look at the AMOUNT of snow. Woooow.. HOW MUCH! Not.. :p
For those of you who wants to see some more... check this out:
p.s. notice how the text underneath the video says "Heavy snow..."

Yeah, I think UK is the only northern european country that doesnt have the provosions to deal with a little bit of snow - hence the havoc that we have become accustomed to. OK, we dont have the extreme winters and snowfalls as seen in scandinavia but we should at least have the same prepartions.

Exactly! I know it never last for long period of a time, but it's the SAME chaos every year! At least they should have some sort of "learning how to drive on ice" when taking the drivinglicense.
