The Norwegian Goverment's Seamen Service

As most Sundays, I spend my evening at the "sailor's office" as I've started calling it, also known as Velferden. Today has been an extreamly busy day, with 21 people stopping by. And for the first time since I started working here, the coffee-can has been emptied!

Last Sunday no one were in, so I took the chance to take some photos for you to see.


The office, where I spend much of the time surfing the web...

The rest of the time I spend laying on the sofa watching tv...


Or, just maybe, I'll play some pool. By myself. And somehow I still loose...?


At the back you can see all the magazines and newspapers from all over Norway.


Anyone can borrow books from our "library" onto the boats.
